Abstract

The article shows the need to organize independent work of students to prepare them for the implementation of a healthy lifestyle in the DAL. Theoretical comprehension of the problems of the culture of a healthy lifestyle, psychological, psychological health, informationpsychological security of an individual should be organically combined with the successful implementation of health-saving technologies in order to strengthen the health of children and their comprehensive development.

В статье показана необходимость организации самостоятельной работы студентов для подготовки их к реализации здорового образа жизни в детском оздоровительном лагере (ДОЛ). Теоретическое осмысление проблем культуры здорового образа жизни, психического, психологического здоровья, информационно-психологической безопасности личности должно органически сочетаться с успешной реализацией здоровьесберегающих технологий в целях укрепления здоровья детей, их всестороннего развития.
