Subversión y canon literario escolar

Subversión y canon literario escolar

Abstract

In Argentina, since the recovery of democracy in 1983, other questions, different interests and reflections were born to rework recent history and rethink ourselves as subjects in a new political, economic and social scenario. These ideas are very important for Culture and Arts and quickly that invade educational institutions. In this sense, the notions of subversion and neo-subversion - sketched in the work of Laura Guerrero Guadarrama (2008) in relation to children's literature - allow us to affirm that these ideas determine the reading practices and the literary texts that circulate in the classrooms and in the schools. The curricular designs proposed by the Ministry of Education are the main resources in the construction of the literary school canon. The following work proposes, then, to review the curricular designs for Secondary Education prepared in the province of Buenos Aires and in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), particularly the materials related to the area of Language and Literature, to observe there how these ideas appear, the tensions and resistances in the school literary canon, to what extent the subversion - and all that it implies - goes through these official documents.
