Результаты лечения больных с анаэробным парапроктитом

Abstract

Мы располагаем опытом лечения 786 больных с острым парапроктитом, находившихся на лечении в клинике за период с 2008-2012 гг. Острый анаэробный парапроктит диагностирован у 23 больных (2,9%). Мужчин было 14, женщин – 9 в возрасте от 30 до 65 лет. Все больные госпитализированы в поздние сроки (от 6 до 12 суток) от начала заболевания, что значительно утяжеляло их состояние, увеличивало объем оперативных вмешательств и ухудшало прогноз.
