Результативность деятельности органов опеки и попечительства в системе защиты прав несовершеннолетних

Abstract

В статье актуализирована проблема результативности деятельности органов опеки и попечительства в контексте защиты прав несовершеннолетних. Сделан сравнительный анализ показателей эффективности органов опеки и попечительства за 2016 и 2021 год. Представлены критерии, влияющие на результативность деятельности органов опеки и попечительства (образование специалиста органов опеки и попечительства; статистика раннего выявления неблагополучных семей; реализация кризис-интервентных программ; работа по реинтеграции ребёнка в кровную семью; налаженная система служб сопровождения; стереотипизация органов опеки и попечительства в сознании людей).
