Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы качества профессионального образования на основе внедрения рамки квалификаций в практику деятельности учреждений профессионального образования Уральского региона (на примере Челябинской области) и работодателей по организации сертификации персонала и выпускников образовательных учреждений. Показана методика разработки рамки квалификаций в ходе реализации международного проекта, апробированная в учреждениях профессионального образования и на предприятиях Челябинской области.

The paper considers the problems of quality of vocational education on the basis of introducing a job rating system into vocational institutions of the Ural region and employers work connected with certification of the personnel and graduates. It also presents in the context of the international project the methods of working out the system which was tested in vocational institutions and enterprises of Tchelyabinsk region.
