Abstract

[ES] Una empresa especializada en suministro de productos de uso industrial dispone de una nave industrial en Paterna. La empresa ha decidido construir un almacenamiento de productos químicos sectorizado dentro de la nave y una caseta de gases refrigerantes en el exterior. Este trabajo se centra en el diseño del almacén de los productos químicos envasados en recipientes móviles, agrupados en pallets y ubicados en estanterías, tanto inflamables como no inflamables, y de la caseta de gases refrigerantes, teniendo en cuenta la normativa vigente respecto a almacenamiento de productos químicos, el Real Decreto 656/2017. El almacén a diseñar consta de dos partes: un almacén interior que posee una superficie aproximada de 300 m2 donde se ubicarán los productos químicos inflamables y no inflamables y un almacén exterior para el almacenamiento de gases refrigerantes (amoniaco, inflamables, comprimidos/licuados/disueltos y en recipientes móviles) que requiere una superficie aproximada de 50 m2. En primer lugar, se recogerá toda la documentación e información previa necesaria de los productos químicos, entre otros, tipos de productos, necesidades de almacenamiento, fichas de datos de seguridad, usos y riesgos, etc. La siguiente fase supone llevar a cabo el diseño de la instalación en conjunto, considerando la normativa vigente y las especificaciones que requiere la empresa para adaptarla a sus necesidades actuales y futuras. Esta fase supone ubicar los diferentes productos químicos, pavimento de la planta, cierres, zonas de paso y de trabajo, determinar los cubetos necesarios, etc. Por último, en materia de seguridad, se diseñará la instalación de protección contra incendios (ubicación y número de extintores, bocas de incendio equipadas, pulsadores de alarma, etc.) y se elegirán los equipos de protección individual necesarios para los trabajadores expuestos, entre otros. Al final del trabajo se incluye una valoración económica del coste de implementación del proyecto en la empresa.
