Auswirkungen einer MUFA-reichen Diät auf das Hämostasesystem

Abstract

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden in einer Cross-over-Studie gesunden Probanden zwei MUFA-reiche Diaeten mit unterschiedlichem Fettgehalt (high-/ low fat-Diaet) verabreicht. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass bei allen Probanden in den Parametern LDL (gesunken auf 83,9 mg/dl +/-22,2, p=0,00), HDL (61,3 mg/dl+/-14,4, p=0,00) und oxLDL (6,9 mU/l+/-2,2, p<0,001) diaetetisch bedingte, signifikante Veraenderungen gefunden wurden. Die Faktoren VIIa (gesunken auf 61,6 mU/ml+/-28,3, p=0,006) und XIIc (113,0%2+/-6,3, p=0,046), TF (160,6 pg/ml+/-166,4, p=0,01) und TFPI (31,5 ng/ml+/-8,7, p=0,001) wurden durch beide Diaetformen signifikant gesenkt. Zwischen den Diaet-Gruppen konnte jedoch kein signifikanter Unterschied ermittelt werden. Im Hinblick auf die signifikante Senkung der Parameter durch die MUFA-reiche Ernaehrung koennte diese Ernaehrungsform eine Verminderung des kardiovaskulaeren Risikos bewirken.
