Abstract

Els altaveus intel·ligents són una tecnologia nova i que encara està per explorar en molts camps. En aquest treball, pretenem conèixer la seva utilitat en l'assistència al traductor professional a través de l'anàlisi del seu funcionament, el desenvolupament d'una aplicació de traducció de termes per a altaveus intel·ligents i una prova experimental que verifiqui la seva utilitat.

Los altavoces inteligentes son una tecnología novedosa y que aún está por explorar en muchos campos. En este trabajo, pretendemos conocer su utilidad en la asistencia al traductor profesional a través del análisis de su funcionamiento, el desarrollo de una aplicación de traducción de términos para altavoces inteligentes y una prueba experimental que verifique su utilidad.

Smart speakers are a relatively new and unexplored technology in many fields. Our aim in this project is to get to know how useful these systems can be as an aid to translators through the knowledge of how they work, the development of a translation app and a small study to verify its usefulness.
