Abstract

Au-delà de l'approche classique et purement juridique par le droit comparé et l'étude des droits étrangers, l'ouvrage privilégie une approche pluridisciplinaire élargie, associant des juristes, des linguistes, des traductologues et des didacticiens autour d'une même thématique : la question des langues et des langages juridiques. La dimension pluridisciplinaire implique une attention particulière portée à l'accessibilité des idées présentées. Autant que possible, les contributeurs ont ainsi conçu leurs textes dans le but de s'adresser à un public élargi, composé notamment de spécialistes de disciplines et de domaines variés (droit, langues, traduction ou traductologie, par exemple). Le plus souvent, les contributions sont non seulement fortement ancrées dans la spécialité de l'auteur, mais font également l'effort d'établir des ponts avec les disciplines connexes, l'objectif étant d'ouvrir le dialogue entre les disciplines qui s'intéressent à la langue juridique.
