В рамках концепції «знизу-вгору» наноелектроніки розглядаються термоелектричні явища Зеєбе- ка і Пельтьє, показники якості і оптимізація термоелектриків, балістичний та дифузійний транспорт фононів і його роль в теплопровідності.
