Diseño y cálculo estructural de elementos horizontales de la infraestructura vial

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster, en colaboración con la fundación Cidaut, trata de introducir un nuevo material en el sector de elementos horizontales de infraestructura vial y proponer una solución frente a la problemática causada por los frecuentes robos de tapas de cierre de fundición de hierro. Al mismo tiempo dicha solución ha de cumplir con los requerimientos mecánicos incluidos en la normativa [UNE-EN 124, 1995] para una tapa de clase D400. El material propuesto es el caucho reciclado, un material con el que se consigue minimizar el impacto ambiental, de escaso valor y, por tanto, que aporta una función disuasoria. Aunque, por otra parte, tiene unas propiedades mecánicas bastante pobres, por lo que resulta necesario introducir un material de refuerzo, como acero o PRFV (Poliéster Reforzado con Fibra de Vidrio), dispuesto en distintas geometrías hasta encontrar aquella que proporcione un desplazamiento y unas tensiones con el mayor grado de optimización.
