Особенности взаимосвязи тревожности и рефлексивной регуляции

Abstract

Выяснение характера взаимоотношений тревожности и рефпексивной регуляции, как психических яв- пений, имеющих непосредственное отношение к процессам психической регуляции, послужило доказатель- ством прямого участия рефлексивных процессов в преодолении трудностей, связанных с тревожностью. По- казано, что чрезмерная активация рефлексивных процессов, свойственная лицам с высокими показателями свойства рефлексивности, сопровождается обострением проявления тревожности и связанных с ней труд- ностей. Последнее может рассматриваться как адаптивное явление, поскопьку привпечение внимания к проблемам, связанным с тревожностью, способствует мотивации произвольной регуляции.
