Jezik, mišljenje, narod

Abstract

U članku su prikazani pokušaji mišljenja i izricanja temeljnih filozofskih sadržaja u materinjem jeziku, koji u Hrvatskoj započinju otprilike sredinom 19. st. Početna, prosvjetiteljskim duhom napretka prožeta nastojanja oko izgradnje jedinstvene i obvezujuće hrvatske filozofijske terminologije, jednako u okružju novoskolastičke filozofije kao i one sekularno-građanske, sustala su već u prvome dijelu 20. st., prvenstveno pod teretom uvida u bitno neuklonjivu višeznačnost jezika. U članku se propituje mogućnost da se u osloncu na suvremenu hermeneutičku filozofiju na vidjelo iznese filozofijsko značenje naroda u njegovoj prvenstveno jezičnoj, a to znači duhovnoj biti.
