Abstract

U ovom tekstu razmatraju se problemi modernizma u kontekstu suvremenosti na relaciji: autor - njegovo djelo. Lajtmotiv je izgled naslikane slike u situaciji slikarevog aktualnog pogleda. Pitanje započinjanja i realizacije postavljeno je kao međuodnos subjekta-autora opremljenog pogledom i objekta - djela opremljenog izgledom. Tema započinjanja razvija se na primjerima Aristotelovog 'praznog uma' i Dekartove (Descartes) metodičke sumnje koja prethodi cogitu, da bi prerasla u temu opažanja na primjerima Huserlove (Husserl) fenomenologije i Bergsonovog tumačenja svijesti. Povratak 'započinjanju' je u zadnjem poglavlju posvećenom Žunecovom obrazlaganju izvornog značenja mimesis. Do potonjeg se došlo preko razlaganja Barklijeve (Berkeley) 'esse…', te Lakanovog (Lacan) i Žižekovog tumačenja subjekta kao 'praznog mjesta'. Ovim promišljanjima nastojalo se ukazati na specifični problem slike iz pozicije samog autora i obratno. Budući da adekvatni (znanstveni) jezik za ovaj sadržaj nije u opticaju, poseže se za metaforičkim, te za filozofijskim metajezikom. U tom smislu ovaj tekst je i pokušaj inauguracije jednog diskursa koji proizlazi iz umjetničke prakse i njoj je poglavito namijenjen.
