Abstract

Сучасна філософсько-правова думка перебуває в пошуках нових, більш ефективних методологічних засад. Адже марксистсько-ленінська філософія, яка впродовж багатьох років забезпечувала єдність методології, втратила своє значення. У їх пошуках філософсько-правова думка знаходиться на певному роздоріжжі, оскільки перспективи пов’язуються або з постмодерном та пропонованими ним конструктами і процедурою деконструкції, або з постнекласикою, яка більшістю вчених і філософів співвідноситься з міждисциплінарністю та інтегративністю.
