Dikica (Xanthium strumarium L.) - rasprostranjenost, štetnost i mogućnost suzbijanja
Dikica (Xanthium strumarium L.) i druge vrste iz roda Xanthium spdaju u red Ambrosiae i porodicu Compositae (Asteraceae). Predstavnici roda su snažnejednogodišnje zeljaste biljke podrijetlom iz Amerike, unesene u Europu i na druge konttinente. U Hrvatskoj je u većoj ili manjoj mjeri u Istočnoj Slavoniji i Posavini proširena vrsta Xanthium strumarium, u Sjeverozapadnoj Hrvatskoj dolazi tek sporadično, a u manjoj mjeri štetna je jedino u povrću u delti rijeke Neretve.
