Delincuencia infanto juvenil

Authors: Belbey, José;

Delincuencia infanto juvenil

Abstract

The author studies inf ant-juvenile delinquency and classifies it according to the factors that agree with it. It is why he divides them in: a) social, b) biological and, c) biosocial factors. He thinks the greatest part of them is in the last group; biological causes (congenital or acquired) which produce defence inferiority, is an abnormal or a noxicus means. He thinks that delinquency and infantile abandon have an extraordinary influence in adult delinquency and that is why the State must worry about this problem if he wants a healthy nation.
