Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Final de Máster, lo constituye el Plan Director de saneamiento y drenaje urbano de Silla (Valencia). En él, se ha elaborado un modelo hidrológico-hidráulico de la red de saneamiento mediante el programa InfoWorks ICM, en el que se han simulado tormentas de diferente periodo de retorno. Los resultados de dichas simulaciones han sido puestos en común con el Ayuntamiento de Silla buscando concordancias y discordancias, con el propósito de calibrar el modelo. Tras dicha calibración, se han diseñado y simulado actuaciones para resolver los problemas de inundabilidad y relacionados con el medio ambiente. Dichas actuaciones se han valorado económicamente para elaborar un plan de inversiones, constituyendo para la Administración una herramienta básica para la toma de decisiones. El alcance del plan director es la determinación de ese paquete de actuaciones que resuelven la red de saneamiento. Las actuaciones se han valorado de forma aproximada, constituyendo un punto de partida para la elaboración del proyecto constructivo correspondiente a cada una de ellas. El objetivo del Plan Director es identificar los problemas en la red, determinar cuáles son las actuaciones que solucionan dichos problemas y valorar cuál es el coste económico de las mismas. Todo esto se resume en el propio documento, generándose una hoja de ruta para planificar las inversiones necesarias.
