Abstract

Оскільки частота спонтанного пневмотораксу не має тенденції до зменшення, а причини виникнення ускладнення часто залишаються поза межами лікарського мислення, виникла потреба в удосконаленні цієї частини проблеми. Автори вивчили частоту спонтанного пневмотораксу специфічного та неспецифічного характеру, порівняли різні варіанти і причини їх виникнення. зробили висновки і дали належні рекомендації щодо алгоритму обстеження таких хворих. Авторы изучили частоту спонтанного пневмоторакса специфического и неспецифического характера, сравнили разные варианты и причины их возникновения, сделали выводы и дали надлежащие рекомендации относительно алгоритма обследования таких больных. The authors examined the frequency of spontaneous pneumothorax of specific and nonspecific nature, compared the different options and their causes, made the conclusions and appropriate recommendations regarding the survey algorithm of such patients.
