Microelectronics makes it possible to build computers even more powerful and little. During these last years little devices were born with interesting display and processing power characteristics, having the possibility to use wireless connections (for instance to Internet). Thus, to define general requirements on standards and interfaces for mobile connection to the Web- Portal, we have available several technologies, as tablet PCs and PDAs, each one having particular characteristics that can be taken into consideration for mobile wireless communication. These new devices are able to use modern languages for data exchanging and rendering, as XML (eXtensible Markup Language), SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics), XHTML, XHTML Basic and XSL-FO (Formatting Objects for eXtensible Stylesheet Language).
