One of the most important conditions of training the professionals in the terms of new wave of European integration is forming the successful professional who would cope with all actual requirements of modern life. The practice and research prove that the communicative competence is a necessary part if such training. The aim of this article is to examine the various approaches to the structural components of professional and communicative competence as condition of successful training. The communicative competence is considered to be a part of communicative culture of a person. Having analyzed the views the modern scientists on the structure of the communicative competence, we can state that they are different depending on the tasks the practitioners state. E. Prosorova defines two components: communicative values and appearance of the communicative competence in the communication, such as action during the act of communication and knowledge about communication. A number of other researchers state that the communicative competence is a part of personality, as an interaction between values, knowledge, actions, intellect, etc. But they emphasize that the communicative competence is a subject to train. The scientists present the component subdivision of this definition and offer different points of view: S. Petrushin offers the cognitive, behavioral and emotional components. I. Barahovych distinguishes the linguistic, sociolinguistic and pragmatic ones. Thus, the communicative competence is considered as a systematical process with the components: communicative and diagnostic (defining the sociolinguistic situation and the terms of communicative actions; communicative and prognostic (evaluation of the positive and negative sides of communication); communicative and programming (preparing the programme of communication, choice of style, position and distance in communication); communicative and organizing (drawing the partners’ attention to the communication, stimulation and management of their communication process); communicative and executive (evaluation of communicative situation, prediction of the situation’s development). Concluded from the above said, based on the analysis of the scientific and methodical literature with various structures of professional and communicative competence, we may propose that the structure of communicative competence should be adequate to the psychological personal structure; forming of communicative competence of future lawyers is influenced by different social, psychological and pedagogical factors. The communicative competence is a result of learning cognitive and practical activity, and as a result of personal life experience The further research is to be in the sphere of building the appropriate technology of forming the future lawyers’ communicative competence.
