Las prácticas agresivas dentro de la competencia desleal

Abstract

El sistema económico que predomina a nivel mundial ha provocado una competencia feroz entre las empresas, las cuales no dudan en pasar por encima de los derechos tanto de sus consumidores, como de sus competidores por su propio beneficio. Debido a esto, es necesario la existencia de una ley que salvaguarde la libre competencia dentro del mercado y, sobre todo, vele por los intereses de los consumidores. Por este motivo, se tratará el artículo 8 de la LCD con una cláusula general donde, se refleja cuando una práctica agresiva puede considerarse desleal y el apartado 2 de la misma, que nos ofrecerá un listado de circunstancias en las que se da el acoso, la coacción o la influencia indebida. Además, se profundizará en las distintas prácticas desleales contra los consumidores por agresivas, las cuales van del articulo 28 al 31 de la LCD, y se definirá de una forma amplia el acoso, la coacción y la influencia indebida
