Abstract

В статье рассматривается симбиотическая связь между кадастровым планированием и развитием образовательной инфраструктуры, проясняется ключевая роль кадастровых данных в качестве пространственной нормативной базы. Интеграция цифровых инструментов, таких как ГИС, дистанционное зондирование, LiDAR и GPS, рассматривается с точки зрения их преобразующего потенциала в повышении пространственной проницательности и остроты принятия решений. Кроме того, в работе освещаются значительные проблемы, связанные с этой интеграцией, и предлагаются стратегические решения для обеспечения плавного перехода к оптимизированной и устойчивой цифровой парадигме в кадастровом планировании образовательной инфраструктуры.
