Данные перемены приобретают все более быстрый темп и серьезно отражаются на HR-отрасли. В статье обосновывается необходимость очень быстрого реагирования на произошедшие изменения для сохранения конкурентоспособности HR-отрасли. Важно как можно быстрее создавать новые тренды и технологии управления персоналом.

Recently, serious changes have been taking place: a pandemic, significant geopolitical processes, and the rapid development of technologies. These changes are taking on a faster pace and are seriously reflected in the HR industry. To maintain the competitiveness of the HR industry, you need to respond very quickly to the changes that have occurred. It is important to create new trends and HR technologies as quickly as possible.
