Abstract

Розвиток генної інженерії ставить перед світовою спільнотою нові виклики та завдання. Небезпека генетично – модифікованих організмів (далі – ГМО) полягає в тому, що наслідки їх впливу на навколишнє природне середовище, на людину, її життя i здоров’я досі не досліджені. Законотворчий процес в Україні на сьогодні орієнтований на приведення національного законодавства у відповідність до міжнародних вимог, визначених міжнародними угодами.
