Dynamic of structural elements of rat stomach change after injection of the antigen

Abstract

The morphology of stomach structural components in rats was studied in normal conditions and after intrauterinal introduction of Vaxigrippe vaccine. Intrauterinal antigen stimulation resulted in increase of the thickness of stomach’s mucosa in all age groups.

Вивчали морфологію структурних компонентів шлунка пацюків у нормі та після внутрішньоутробного введення вакцини Vaxigrip.У відповідь на внутрішньоутробну антигенну стимуляцію відбувається збільшення загальної товщини стінки шлунка у тварин усіх вікових груп.

Изучили морфологию структурных компонентов желудка крыс в норме и после внутриутробного введения вакцины Vaxigrip. В ответ на внутриутробную антигенную стимуляцию происходит увеличение общей толщины стенки желудка у животных всех возрастных групп.
