Пенитенциарная ресоциализация осужденного

Abstract

В январе 2024 года начнет свое действие «Закон о пробации», который был подписан в феврале 2023 года. Согласно ему выделяют следующие виды пробации: исполнительная пробация; пенитенциарная пробация; постпенитенциарная пробация. Как на этапе обсуждения, так и после принятия и подписания новый закон вызывает массу дискуссий, т.к. многие считают, что он мало реально может помочь осужденному социализироваться по-новому в обществе.
