Abstract

Les indicateurs retenus pour évaluer la qualité d'épandage des produits organiques manquent aujourd'hui d'une justification agronomique. Pour évaluer l'impact de l'hétérogénéité de l'apport en matière de lessivage de nitrates, nous avons d'abord simulé numériquement un épandage sur une parcelle à partir de performances enregistrées sur plusieurs machines. Nous raisonnons alors à l'aide d'un logiciel de calcul de bilan de fumure. Ces simulations montrent que les hétérogénéités observées ne se répercutent pas de façon automatique sur les pertes de nitrates estimées. Globalement, les critères d'exigences retenus par les normes européennes s'avèrent raisonnables pour les épandages de fumier de bovin, mais devraient être réévalués pour certains produits riches comme des fientes ou des composts concentrés.
