Abstract

Развитие рынка и социально-экономическая нестабильность способствуют сохранению актуальности сферы дополнительного профессионального образования (далее – ДПО). Ориентация на карьерный рост, высокие риски снижения уровня заработной платы и потери работы побуждают многих граждан пройти обучение по программам ДПО, что характеризуется относительно высоким уровнем спроса на его образовательные продукты и услуги. Статья посвящена изучению основных факторов, определяющих дальнейшие направления развития сферы дополнительного профессионального образования.
