“Estudio comparativo de niveles de estrés, tecnoestrés, burnout, satisfacción laboral y conocimiento de las TICs en trabajadores universitarios”

Abstract

Estudio comparativo entre personal perteneciente a PDI y a PAS en variables relacionadas con tecnoestrés, estrés laboral, burnout, satisfacción laboral, conocimiento de TICs. Análisis realizado mediante un cuestionario online cumplimentado de forma anónima por docentes universitarios y personal de administración y servicios. Los resultados de este estudio reflejaron diferencias significativas en variables de Burnout como el cinismo, agotamiento, eficacia que indican una situación más relevante entre el personal perteneciente a PDI. Estudio referente a las causas que provocan estas diferencias significativas entre los dos grupos.
