The question about the need to develop the educational and methodical materials on the Russian Language and Speech Culture course for foreign-language students is raised. The attention is paid to the difficulties in teaching the foreign students in the Russian-speaking academic group. The importance of methodical understanding of grounds for the study guide of new type - being at the same time correctional and training - is emphasized. The necessity of preparing the audio materials of different types is based: 1) the records of orthoepy oral lessons; 2) the records forming the ability to perceive texts of different functional styles of speech; 3) the records forming the ability to analyze educational and scientific texts of the learning profile. They have to be developed taking into account such didactic course units as "Orthoepic and accentologic norm", "Functional styles of the Russian language", "The analysis of the scientific text". In addition, the attention should be paid to preparation of the printing materials aimed at the development of the section "Russian Grammar" and the increasing the student’s practical literacy. Systematic independent student’s work will allow him to master the other courses confidently during the professional education with native Russian speakers. It is supposed that such a two-part educational complex will meet the requirements of modern polycultural education

Ставится вопрос о необходимости разработки учебно-методических материалов по дисциплине «Русский язык и культура речи» для студентов-инофонов. Обращается внимание на трудности, возникающие при обучении иностранных студентов в составе русскоязычной учебной группы. Подчеркивается важность методического осмысления основ учебного пособия нового типа - одновременно коррекционного и обучающего характера. Обосновывается необходимость подготовки аудиоматериалов разных типов: 1) записи устных уроков по орфоэпии; 2) записи, формирующие умение воспринимать тексты разных функциональных стилей речи; 3) записи, формирующие умение анализировать учебно-научные и научные тексты по профилю обучения. Они должны разрабатываться с учетом таких дидактических единиц курса, как «Орфоэпическая и акцентологическая норма», «Функциональные стили русского языка», «Анализ научного текста». Кроме того, следует уделять внимание подготовке печатных материалов, нацеленных на освоение раздела «Грамматика русского языка» и повышение практической грамотности студента. Систематическая самостоятельная работа студента позволит ему уверенно осваивать другие дисциплины в ходе профессионального обучения вместе с носителями русского языка. Предполагается, что такой двухчастный учебный комплекс будет отвечать потребностям современного поликультурного образования
