Профессиональная стрессоустойчивость преподавателя высшей школы

Abstract

В статье рассматривается вопрос профессиональной стрессоустойчивости преподавателя высшей школы. В условиях стремительного реформирования системы высшего профессионального образования преподаватель подвергается воздействию экстремальных факторов среды и профессиональной деятельности, что влияет на уровень преподавания. В связи с этим необходимо разработать систему мер по предотвращению развития профессионального стресса у сотрудников высших учебных заведений, уменьшению стрессогенности рабочей обстановки, а также формированию профессиональной стрессоустойчивости как ведущего фактора повышения качества преподавания.
