Medicación oral preoperatoria con Naproxeno e Ibuprofeno en la cirugía maxilofacial.

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio prospectivo a 90 pacientes sometidos a intervención quirúrgica por el servicio maxilofacial en el hospital Arnaldo Milian Castro Santa Clara, Villa Clara alos que se les administró en la premedicación oral con Antinflamatorios. No Esteroideos (AINES). Los pacientes se subdividieron en tres grupos: Grupo I n = 30 Ibuprofeno,Grupo II n = 30 Naproxeno y Grupo III n = 30 Placebo. Las dosis fueron administradasa las 6:00 PM del día anterior a la cirugía y a las 6:00 AM del propio día. Se comparó la Tensión Arterial Sistolica, Tensión Arterial Distolica, Tensión Arterial Media, Frecuencia Cardiaca y la analgesia postoperatoria por escala analógica visual entre los tres grupos en diferentes momentos del transoperatorio y postoperatorio. Los pacientes que recibieron Antinflamatorios No Esteroideos mantuvieron una mejor estabilidad hemodinámica durante el trans y postoperatorio con una excelente y buena analgesia postoperatoria en relación al grupo que recibió Placebo. El uso del Ibuprofeno y Naproxeno en la premedicación oral coconstituyó una excelente opción para el control del dolor postoperatorio de los pacientes sometidos a cirugía maxilofacial
