Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме - созданию профессиональных стандартов педагогической деятельности. Автор разграничивает профессиональные и образовательные стандарты, описывает функции профессиональных стандартов и предлагает принципы их формирования с учетом особенностей сферы образования и отличий деятельности педагога от других видов экономической деятельности. Рассмотрены недостатки и достоинства существующих в настоящее время документов по стандартизации педагогической деятельности.

The paper deals with the urgent problem of developing professional standards of pedagogical work. The author singles out professional and educational standards, describes functions of professional standards and offers principles for their formation, taking into consideration a peculiar character of the system of education and the difference of teachers' work from others. Advantages and disadvantages of the present documents on standards of pedagogical activities are given.
