Urbani toplinski otoci Grada Zagreba

Abstract

Urbanizacija vodi ka sve većoj i bržoj izgradnji koja je često nepromišljena te u nekim slučajevima u potpunosti uklanja vegetacijski pokrov i zelene površine. Materijali koji se koriste u gradnji u kombinaciji s gustoćom izgradnje urbanog područja pridonose akumuliranju topline i stvaranju urbanih toplinskih otoka. Posljedica toga je stvaranje loših socijalno-ekoloških uvjeta u urbanom području. Satelitska daljinska istraživanja omogućavaju ekonomski i vremenski isplative metode u detektiranju temperaturnih otoka. S tom svrhom korištene su snimke prikupljene OLI i TIRS senzorima Landsat 8 satelita 20. i 29. srpnja 2013. godine s područja Grada Zagreba. Odabiru snimaka prethodilo je definiranje orbite Landsat 8 satelita i pregled prikupljanja, dostupnosti i kvalitete podataka s područja Grada Zagreba. Metodama daljinskih istraživanja i obrade rasterskih podataka u Quantum i GRASS GIS-u dobivene su karte raspodjele urbanih toplinskih otoka i kritičnih područja okoliša, čija je interpretacija izvršena uz pomoć terestričkih hidrometeroloških podataka s područja Grada. Na temelju izračunatih podataka provedena je analiza i vizualizacija utjecaja topografije, morfologije, gustoće izgrađenosti, vjetra i prometa na nastanak urbanih toplinskih otoka i kritičnih područja okoliša, pri čemu posebnu važnost ima vegetacijski pokrov. Dobiveni rezultati upozoravaju na važnost socio-ekološke komponente prilikom budućeg prostornog planiranja, razvoja i daljnje urbanizacije Grada Zagreba, kao i daljnja istraživanja, uključujući administrativnu regulaciju ekološki štetnih objekata.
