Abstract

Менеджмент компании давно уже стал не просто руководящим персоналом, а инструментом, способствующим увеличить благосостояние собственников. Принимая решения об инвестировании, финансовом обеспечении или в рамках операционной деятельности, менеджеры способствуют росту рыночной стоимости компании. Переход от функциональной роли управленца к менеджеру, способному видеть бизнес целиком, является превалирующим элементом при создании ценности компании. Для выявления степени влияния управленческих решений были использованы показатели деятельности предприятия и рассчитаны коэффициенты рентабельности. Методом сравнительного анализа была установлена зависимость экономической прибыли от динамики показателей рентабельности.
