Риск-менеджмент процесса управления СМК вуза

Abstract

Приведены результаты НИР по разработке методики риск-менеджмента процесса управления СМК вуза. Разработан процесс риск-менеджмента: дано его описание, проведена визуализация диаграммой последовательности и диаграммой Ганта, разработаны аналитические модели оценочных показателей процесса. Идентифицированы риски процесса, дан их анализ, выбраны методы оценки рисков, приведены результаты количественной и качественной оценки рисков процесса управления СМК вуза. Разработаны мероприятия по ликвидации и минимизации наиболее опасных рисков вуза. Результаты НИР реализованы и имеют практическую ценность
