The article is devoted to the problem of research of modern teachers' difficulties in the process of professional pedagogical activity, which is topical from the point of view of pedagogical theory and practice. The results of the conducted diagnostics contain indicators indicating a high percentage of teachers who undergo professional difficulties at different stages and in different aspects of their professional activity. The process of searching for effective means to identify and eliminate the causes of their own professional difficulties, to overcome them and to build adequate positions in actions in the conditions of modern dynamically changing pedagogical practice has led to the assertion that reflexion becomes one of such effective means.
