The results of theoretical research of professional activity of teachers of military high school are presented in present work. It is noted that such components as the personality of the teacher, pedagogical activity and pedagogical communication in a complex form the system of the organization of work of the teacher of technical disciplines. The expert survey of teachers allowed to determine the necessary socially significant qualities of teachers of technical disciplines of military university in professional activities.

В данной работе представлены результаты теоретического исследования профессиональной деятельности преподавателей военного вуза. Отмечено, что такие составляющие, как личность преподавателя, педагогическая деятельность и педагогическое общение, в комплексе образуют систему организации труда преподавателя технических дисциплин. Проведенный экспертный опрос преподавателей позволил определить необходимые социально значимые качества преподавателей технических дисциплин военного вуза в профессиональной деятельности.
