Abstract

The longitudinal and transverse gage factors of polycrystalline films are derived within the framework of Mayadas-Shatzkes model. Numerical computations of longitudinal gage factor under arbitrary values of parameters, which describe the bulk and surface relaxation of charge carriers, are realized. Approbation of derived theoretical relations for longitudinal gage factor of copper, chromium, and scandium films is also carried out. У рамках моделі Маядаса-Шацкеса отримано точні та асимптотичні співвідношення для коефіцієнтів поздовжньої та поперечної тензочутливості полікристалічних плівок. Проведено детальний числовий розрахунок коефіцієнта поздовжньої тензочутливості при довільних значеннях параметрів, які описують об`ємну та поверхневу релаксації носіїв заряду. Здійснено апробацію отриманих асимптотичних співвідношень для коефіцієнта поздовжньої тензочутливості плівок міді, хрому та скандію. // Русск. версия: В рамках модели Маядаса-Шацкеса получены точные и асимптотические соотношения для коэффициентов продольной и поперечной тензочувствительности поликристаллических пленок. Проведен численный расчет коэффициента продольной тензочувствительности при произвольных значениях параметров, которые описывают объемную и поверхностную релаксацию носителей заряда. Апробация полученных теоретических соотношений была проведена для коэффициента продольной тензочувствительности пленок меди, хрома и скандия.
