Abstract

El contexto social de las personas con discapacidad requiere una atención integral que va más allá de los servicios básicos, destacando la importancia de las fundaciones y el papelde los voluntarios. Fundación DFA en Aragón ejemplifica este compromiso a través deproyectos que promueven la inclusión social y mejoran la calidad de vida de las personascon discapacidad. Este estudio se enfoca en dos proyectos específicos desarrollado através de la metodología aprendizaje-servicio: el juego de mesa "Ciudades accesibles" yla captación de voluntarios, utilizando estrategias de marketing y comunicación paraaumentar su visibilidad y eficacia, el análisis incluye una revisión teórica y la aplicaciónpráctica de técnicas de investigación de mercados, evidenciando cómo estos esfuerzospueden integrarse exitosamente en programas de aprendizaje-servicio. Además, se resaltala colaboración de voluntarios en actividades socioculturales, deportivas y desensibilización, subrayando su rol esencial en el acompañamiento y apoyo de las personascon discapacidad.Este trabajo demuestra la intersección entre marketing, responsabilidadsocial y el impacto positivo de las fundaciones en la comunidad.
