Abstract

The technology of electroluminescent emitters (ELE) production has much in common with the technology of producing emitters excited by alternating current. At the same tine there is a range of both technological and structural differences of ELE based on direct current phosphors. To a considerable extent it concerns the choice of connecting dielectric. The study covers the research of a wide range of connecting dielectrics with the aim to identify an optimal polymer composition to be used in ELE. It is shown that the best set of features is characteristic of organosilicic binders. On the grounds of the analysis of ELE’s brightness-temporal characteristics the best connecting dielectric composition is proposed. ELE production technology is improved with the account of choosing an optimal dissolvent. The influence of connecting dielectric concentration on electrophysical and optical characteristics of ELE has been studied.
