Kas iskelet sistemi travmaları tek başına nadiren hayatı tehdit edici olurlar. Erken ve uygun tedavi yapıldığı takdirde ölüm ve sakat kalma riski azalır. Oniki yaşındaki erkek çocukta ilginç bir penetran travma sonrasında humerus distal 1/3 anterior yüzeyden girip proksimal radioulnar interosseoz membrandan geçerek posteriordan çıkan kapı kolunun yerinde yapılan doğru müdahale, penetran yaralanmaya sebep olan cismin oynatılmaması ve uygun transport tekniği ile oluşabilecek sekeli en aza indirmek mümkün olduğunu yazımızda anlattık. Muscle-skeleton system traumas are only, rarely, life-threatening. In the event that an early and suitable treatment is carried out, the risk of death and physical disability diminishes. In a 12 year-old boy, after a major penetrating trauma, by means of the proper treatment carried out on the spot of the unfamiliar body which penetrated in from the surface of humerus distal 1/3 anterior and left from the posterior, going past the proximal radioulnar interosseoz membrane, it has been possible not to move the body which causes penetrating injury and minimize the shape which is likely to form by proper transport type.
