Due to the development of business, an educational institution can be considered not only as a commercial organisation, which provides educational services and research data, but also as the main supplier of qualified experts necessary for modern innovative economics. The paper deals with the basic aspects of business activities of higher school on granting advanced training programmes within international educational franchise.
