Gobernanza del hacktivismo sociopolítico

Abstract

"El establecimiento de una agenda es un fenómeno sociopolítico que vincula al Estado, medios de comunicación y sociedad en un conglomerado de tecnologías y temas que promueven o desestiman la discusión pública y la deliberación de propuestas como indicadores de la participación civil, políticas públicas y derecho a la información. En ese sentido, una agenda sociopolítica es el resultado de los encuentros y desencuentros entre los actores y las redes de opinión pública. El presente trabajo expone los estudios más recientes sobre la agenda sociopolítica y discute sus implicaciones en las esferas civiles a través de observatorios ciudadanos, redes de conocimiento y grupos de discusión. Este ejercicio permitirá discernir el impacto de la difusión de información en la formación de opinión pública y las decisiones de gobernanza con énfasis en la ausencia del emprendedurismo informativo, principal síntoma de la democracia contemporánea."
