Programa de intervención para el trastorno de estrés postraumático derivado del abuso sexual en la infancia

Abstract

Una de las consecuencias más características del abuso sexual en la infancia es el Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático (TEPT). Este se caracteriza por el bloqueo emocional, la reexperimentación del suceso traumático y la hipervigilancia sobre el entorno. Por ello, esta propuesta de intervención tiene un enfoque cognitivo-conductual, ya que como demuestra la literatura es uno de los enfoques más eficaces para tratar este trastorno esta propuesta se apoya en la teoría de Ehlers y Clarcks. Con esta propuesta de intervención dirigida a menores de ambos sexos de 11 a 16 años, se consigue disminuir la sintomatología del TEPT, además de proporcionar información para que los/as jóvenes puedan identificar quéconductas corresponden a un abuso y reparar su autoconcepto
