El presente trabajo trata acerca de la negociación colectiva canaria, a nivel empresarial y a nivel provincial, en lo referente a la Salud Laboral y al Acoso laboral. Procederemos a incidir en ambos niveles de la negociación colectiva, con objeto de llevar a cabo un análisis, y lograr obtener unas conclusiones finales acerca de la innovación, o falta de esta, en relación con la normativa en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. Con dicho propósito en mente, estudiaremos la vigilancia de la salud, los derechos y deberes de los trabajadores, las medidas frente al acoso laboral, la protección de la maternidad, y los equipos de protección individual, entre otras materias. Para poder llevar a cabo el análisis y las conclusiones del presente estudio, utilizaremos una serie de convenios colectivos de empresas canarias, y convenios colectivos de ambas provincias de la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias; cuyo contenido será cotejado con la normativa laboral vigente.

This work deals with Canarian collective bargaining, at the business level and at the provincial level, regarding to Occupational Health and Workplace Harassment. We will proceed to research both levels of collective bargaining, in order to carry out an analysis, and achieve final conclusions about innovation, or lack thereof, in relation to the regulations on Prevention of Occupational Risks. With this purpose in mind, we will study the monitoring of health, the rights and duties of workers, the measures against workplace harassment, the maternity protection, and personal protective equipment, among other matters. To be able to carry out the analysis and the conclusions of this study, we will use a series of collective agreements of canary companies, and collective agreements of both provinces of the autonomous Community of the Canary Islands; Whose content will be collated with the labour regulations in force.
