Abstract

El presente documento muestra el proceso de transformación social en la comunidad de la Vereda Bajo Tablazo hacia una auto-sostenibilidad. La creatividad social actuó como dinamizadora del potencial creativo de la comunidad, trabajando la relación existente entre los arquetipos de la actitud creativa y las aptitudes de la inteligencia emocional de los participantes en el trabajo, como una estrategia para preparación para atender las necesidades insatisfechas de la comunidad. Usando la metodología de IAP (Investigación acción participación), se formuló un proyecto agro-turístico para aprovechar tanto las fortalezas de la comunidad como su ubicación estratégica, obteniendo como resultado un plan de acción a ejecutar para potencializar la riqueza que generan las personas con su ser creativo, de manera que toda esa creatividad latente en las comunidades sea la materia prima para la innovación y el emprendimiento.

This document shows the process of social transformation in Bajo Tablazo community toward self-sustainability. Social creativity acted as invigorate the creative potential of the community, working relationship between the archetypes of creative attitude and skills of emotional intelligence of the participants at work, as a strategy to prepare to meet the unmet needs of the community. Using the methodology of IAP (Participatory Action Research), was formulated agro-tourism project to harness advantage of the strengths of the community and its strategic location, which resulted in a plan of action to execute to follow to extract the wealth generate when being creative, so that all that latent creativity in communities is the raw material for innovation and entrepreneurship.
