Abstract

Este Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) aborda la salud mental en el entorno laboral en España, enfocándose en los riesgos psicosociales y su efecto en los trabajadores, especialmente tras el aumento de problemas de salud mental durante la pandemia de COVID-19. Se analizan factores como el estrés y la precariedad laboral, y se comparan las estrategias de gestión en España con modelos europeos como PSICO 4.0 y PRIMA-EF.
