Опыт использования технологии геймификации в процессе обучения персонала

Abstract

The article presents the experience of using gamification technology in the process of staff training. As a methodological justification, a context analysis of the concepts of “professional training” and “staff training”, “gamification” is presented. A theoretical and practical substantiation of the potential of using gamification in the process of staff training has been carried out. Gamification is compared with other gaming practices. It is emphasized that, in general, in the field of personnel training, the experience of using gamification technology shows not only an increase in the involvement of specialists, but also the activation of a professional position, the formation of professional competencies that are competitive in the labor market.

В статье представлен опыт использования технологии геймификации в процессе обучения персонала.В качестве методологического обоснования представлен контент-анализ понятий “профессиональное обучение” и “обучение персонала”, “геймификация”. Осуществлено теоретическое и практическое обоснование потенциала использования геймификации в процессе обучения персонала.
